Returns
You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
– Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
– With all tags and original packaging
– Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

2. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

– Note: Unsolicited returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
– Items purchased at 50% off or more cannot be returned.
– Instead, you’ll receive a lifetime voucher code (no expiry) for future use.
– For exceptions, email us with your order details.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
1. Return the original item (following the return process).
2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
– Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item.
– Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
– Allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect. If delayed, contact us at asadashir15@gmail.com
